  • How much weight can the monitor stand hold? Our stands are designed to support standard monitors and even larger ultrawide screens. Please check the specific "Specifications" tab on the product page for the exact weight limit of your chosen model.
  • Is assembly required? Most of our stands require minimal assembly (usually just attaching the legs). Tools and clear instructions are always included in the box.
  • My item arrived damaged/scratched, what do I do? Please do not return a damaged item immediately. Simply take a photo of the damage (e.g., cracked wood or bent metal) and the packaging, then email it to support@vexilo.shop. We will send a free replacement or issue a refund based on the photos.
  • What currency is the store in? All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Your bank will automatically convert the total to Singapore Dollars (SGD) at the current exchange rate when you checkout.
  • How long does shipping to Singapore take? Since we ship internationally from the USA, typical delivery takes 7 to 13 business days. You will receive a tracking number to follow your package's journey.
